Step-by-step lessons that walk you through the AR operator portal from scratch.
Tutorials are the way to learn Drypowder. Work through them in order if you are new, or jump straight to the one that fits your situation today.
Each tutorial assumes nothing other than that your dealership has been set up in Drypowder and that you have access. They take ten to fifteen minutes each, and at the end of each one you will have done something real with the platform.
Your first day in the AR portal
Log in, orient yourself, and identify which customers need attention today. About fifteen minutes.
Invite a customer to pay online
Send an invitation, walk through what the customer sees, and see the payment come back. About ten minutes.
Your first settlement reconciliation
Post a batch of settled payments to the Spruce general ledger and resolve the settlement. About ten minutes.
Set up your team
Add users to the portal and establish a working rhythm for your AR team. About ten minutes, plus a few minutes per user.
