Filter and sort the Customers Dashboard

Find the accounts you need by combining filters, sorting, and search.

Find the accounts you need by combining filters, sorting, and search. The Customers Dashboard can show your full account list or a narrow slice of it, depending on what you need to work on.

The search bar at the top of the dashboard accepts customer name or account number. Results update as you type. To clear the search, delete the text or click the clear button.

Filters

Filters narrow the customer list to accounts matching your criteria.

Filter by whether the account is active or inactive in your ERP.

Invitation status

Filter by the customer's registration status for the Payments portal:

FilterShows
Not InvitedCustomers who have not been sent a portal invitation
PendingCustomers who have been invited but have not yet accepted
AcceptedCustomers who are registered and can pay through the portal
DeclinedCustomers who declined the invitation
ExpiredCustomers whose invitation expired

Combining filters and sorts

Filters and sorts work together. A few examples:

  • "Which high-priority accounts are not on the portal yet?" Filter to Invitation Status: Not Invited, sort by Collection Priority descending.
  • "Which of my largest accounts are past due?" Sort by Outstanding descending, scan the aging columns.
  • "Who has accepted their invitation?" Filter to Invitation Status: Accepted, sort by Account Name.

Reset

To clear all filters and return to the full list, reset the filter selections. Sorting returns to Collection Priority descending by default.
